Processing
We aim to dispatch within 2 business days. Order before 3pm UK time and we'll usually ship the same day.

Making changes
We start packing quickly, and once an order is with our delivery partners we can't change its details. So please double-check everything at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@ampacttech.com straight away and we'll do everything we can before it ships.
Cancelling
Changed your mind? You're covered. If your order hasn't shipped yet, get in touch and we'll cancel it for you. Once it's in transit it can't be recalled mid-journey — but you can simply refuse delivery or return it once it arrives, and we'll refund you in full.
