Ampact Tech Ltd warrants the Ampact-branded hardware product (the “Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship (“Defect(s)”) for twelve (12) months (for EU, subject to certain exceptions as stated in the EU Directive 1999/44/EC, excluding all wear and tear) from the date of purchase.
The Ampact Tech Ltd Hardware Warranty (the “Warranty”) does not cover (but not limited to) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that, due to their nature, tend to diminish over time; normal wear and tear; accidents, misuse, inadequate maintenance or modification.
You must provide proof of original purchase of the Product by a dated, itemised receipt to be eligible for the Warranty. If a Defect arises and a valid claim is received during the applicable Warranty Period, Ampact will at its sole option, service the Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts at our sole discretion. This limited warranty covers the replacement of the hardware only. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Ampact’s property.
The warranty period will be extended by each whole day that the product is out of your possession for repair under this warranty. Ampact warrants that the repaired or replaced parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, or for the remainder of the Warranty Period, whichever is greater.

Any exchange that is shipped to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
We require the original order number and the email address which was used to place the order in for us to retrieve your order details, our Support Engineers will then verify the warranty coverage.
