Securely wrap up the items. Please reuse the original packaging wherever you can.

Please use a tracked service and keep your receipt — that's your proof of return.
Original packaging genuinely helps protect your return back to us. We recommend you keep hold of it for the return window.

That's exactly what the 14 days are for. All we ask is that you don't go further than you'd reasonably need to, in order to decide.
If an item comes back with damage, missing accessories, or wear beyond normal checking, we may reduce your refund to reflect the drop in value — we'll always explain it to you first, in full, with photos.

Ordering from outside the UK
- UK and EU customers have the statutory rights set out above
- Everywhere else, we apply the same 14-day policy as a matter of goodwill
- Return postage and any local duties are the customer's responsibility on international change-of-mind returns
- Faulty items are covered wherever you are
What isn't covered
- Damage caused by an accident, misuse, or modification
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Discount vouchers or credit already used on the order
- Products bought from a retailer or at an event — contact them, or email us and we'll point you the right way
Separately from all of this, every Ampact product carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Your legal rights are not affected by anything on this page.
